Parallel Inductance

The reciprocal of the total inductance of n inductors in parallel equals the sum of the reciprocals of each inductor.

\frac{1}{L_{total}}=\frac{1}{L_{1}}+\frac{1}{L_{2}}+\frac{1}{L_{n}} \frac{1}{L_{1}}=\frac{1}{L_{total}}-\frac{1}{L_{2}}-\frac{1}{L_{n}} \frac{1}{L_{2}}=\frac{1}{L_{total}}-\frac{1}{L_{1}}-\frac{1}{L_{n}}
